For students, parents and school staff.

MOSAIC records physical education results for students aged 12–14. Because this is information about children, we collect as little as the system can work with, and we do not use it for anything beyond the student’s own PE learning.

What is recorded

What is never recorded

Who can see it

A student sees only their own profile. MOSAIC does not show class rankings, leaderboards, percentiles, or another student’s results to a student. this is a deliberate design rule, not a setting. A teacher sees only the classes they are authorised to teach.

Selling and sharing

Student data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train anything. Any research export is de-identified by default.

Keeping and deleting

Records are kept while the student is enrolled in a MOSAIC class, and are removed when the school asks. Because the school decides who is enrolled and what consent applies, requests to see, correct or delete a record should go to the school.

Contact

Ask your PE teacher or your school office. The school holds the consent record and can act on requests about a student’s data.
